Please allow 3-5 days for processing of all orders unless otherwise noted (i.e. personalized items).Return Policy
CleverMom.me, LLC will gladly exchange or refund your purchase price within 30 days of the date of purchase when accompanied by an original sales or gift receipt subject to the following conditions. (Refunds and merchandise credits are issued for merchandise price only and excludes shipping and handling, gift wrap or special order charges which may apply).
- Returns with gift receipt may be exchanged for other merchandise at the current retail sale price or a merchandise credit may be issued - no cash refunds.
- Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Personalized and special order items are not returnable unless defective.
- CleverMom.me, LLC reserves the right to refuse a return based on product condition.
- CleverMom.me, LLC reserves the right to refuse the return of any products not in new condition.
- If we ship any products in error we will bear the costs of return shipping and replacement or we will issue a full refund.
- We will only accept returns with prior authorization.

Order Number, Order Date, Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Item Description, Reason for Return
